Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. In the extremely unusual event that a parcel is not received, you must contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can investigate, as couriers hold tracking information for certain amounts of time.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours, and most go out the same or next working day. Occasionally, it can take longer during busy periods or if we are short on stock. If we expect your order to take longer than 5 working days to ship, we will contact you to explain why and offer an alternative if applicable.

Lost/Missing Packages

Sling Leash is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before completing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If the package is returned to us for such a reason, we will charge a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, in some cases, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

Refund Conditions

We stand by the quality of our Sling Leash and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your leash experiences any issues due to faulty craftsmanship or materials, we’ve got you covered! You can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’re always improving! While the finger-loop isn’t essential to the leash’s function, we’ve upgraded to a durable rubber finger-loop for added strength. If your cloth loop breaks, we’ll happily send you a free rubber replacement—our treat!

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you ever have concerns, just reach out—we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Contact us at support@slingleash.com, and we’ll take care of the rest!

We reserve the right to request a photo of the broken or defective part for verification purposes.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds if the product is damaged due to misuse, such as chewing by pets (for example, damage to the cup or leash caused by your dog).
  • Damages that occur from regular wear and tear or accidents are also not eligible for a refund.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction!

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

Cancellation Guidelines

  • You may request to cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@slingleash.com with your order number.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled within the 4-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already been shipped or processed, cancellations will not be possible, and you will need to return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept cancellations on items marked as final sale or customized products.

Confirmation Email

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.
